Abstract:

Crabapple trees, one of the most beautiful fruit bearing and flowering trees in NYC area, come in varieties of shapes, sizes and colors. This project intends to find out if there is genetic variation among crabapple trees found on Governors Island, NY and other parks in NYC areas.
