Abstract:

The superterranean biodiversity of NYC may reflect on the subterranean biodiversity of earthworms. If immigrants brought organisms with them from their countries, these organisms could be introduced into gardens and parks. We will barcode worms taken from various parts of NYC to find a connection between immigrant neighborhoods and biodiversity.
