Abstract:

The sequence that will come from this specimen has never been done and our goal is to find the sequence for the subdivision of the genus of Anura. Limnodynastes tasmaniensis is the subdivision of the Anura which is not in the taxonomy database but examining, dissecting, and taking samples will assist us in the process of discovering the DNA sequence.
