Abstract:

Question： If it is possible use the third method to identify plants? Content： As we use only rbcl and matk primer for PCR and DNA bar-coding，we always find organism with different species but same DNA coding region. We try to figure out if we can see some differences between these species with other primer; so that we may classify them much more accurate. Preparation： We will find some plants sample in the park and some will be already extracted DNA from lab, we will try to use matK Rbc, psbA-trnH，ITS ，trnL-F as primer with high possibility to amplifying region successfully.
