Project: identify the difference in biodiversity of the orchids of different genus through DNA barcoding Importance: analyse the similarity index of the DNA of the plants to investigate the evolvement of them with better understandings How: by analysing the DNA sequences, we could compare the similarity index to indicate the evolvement and difference of the species Samples: garden or grocery Extraction method: silica method
