Abstract:
Amphipods are keystone creatures in many ecosystems, and there are many different amphipod species on Earth. We want to find out the diversity of species within our own community’s park, Van Cortlandt Park. To do this, we will use DNA barcoding, and learn many lab techniques in the process.
