Abstract:

In this experiment, our goal was to compare the effects invasive species have on Central Park and Black Rock Forest. Both of these places had completely different environments and there were several components that made our samples differ. We went to both places to collect ten samples of preferably different kinds of fungi to test the soil quality in both. First, we are testing to see if the soil is affected when fungus is implanted into it. Second, we observed the difference in soil quality in fungi in two different environments.
