Abstract:

Along with diverse cultures in New York City comes a diversity of foods. Imported goods sold in the United States may be at risk for mislabeling, either for profit or due to language issues. This project will determine if foods in culturally diverse neighborhoods are mislabeled, either intentionally or unintentionally.
