Abstract:

We suspect that producers could mix Arabica and Robusta beans in the production of their coffee to maximize profit. We seek to differentiate between Arabica beans and Robusta beans. We hope to determine whether or not producers mix Robusta and Arabica coffee to produce coffee, without explicitly stating so.
