We want to demonstrate through this project how diverse the wildlife around our school is and what other relationship these creatures have with other species, so we can have an idea of the balance of life cycle within the CTK’s community.. It is hypothesized after collecting some water in Christ The King Campus’ sump (located in the backyard of our school), there is evidence of a large diversity of creatures in that water, specially of nymphs. But because those creatures are very tiny, at naked eye we cannot identify their specimen properly, the DNA Barcoding will help us to investigate better what types of nymph species we have.
