Does perfume affect the attraction of mosquitoes?

Abstract:

Mosquitoes carry diseases including malaria and eastern equine encephalitis. We will be doing a study to figure out if those types of mosquitoes are more drawn to a certain scents than others. This would be helpful so that the average person would not buy that scent because they would not want to get a mosquito carried disease. By not using that scent they are limiting the chances of getting bitten by those mosquitoes. We will use Bg sentinel traps to capture the mosquitoes.
