Abstract:

Ants can exhibit tremendous biodiversity. We will examine ants collected at three different levels of human impact locations to see if the amount of human use affects the number and variety of ants. In addition we wonder if the off island commuting or climate change has brought invasive ants to the shores of Shelter Island
