Abstract:

Lichens are low growing, crusty plant that grows on rocks, walls, and trees in the shape of a leaf-like growth. They are neither fungus nor plant but rather a hybrid of the two. Our goal is to DNA Barcode the lichens we are collecting fron 3 locations. Our mission is to see if our lichen samples are different species.
