Abstract:

The Seminary of the Immaculate Conception is a Seminary that makes up 216 acres of ground. The area is protected and preserved by the Seminary. Nature preserves are shown to promote biodiversity. We are setting out to show how nature preserves have greater biodiversity of invertebrates and in this case, ants. The different amounts of ants in an ecosystem can represent how diverse an area is. We want to see how they are preserving their grounds and well there preserving the biodiversity of their grounds.
