Abstract:

Collect samples from the Massapequa preserve then, it will provide an idea of the biodiversity in the preserve in late September of 2022. By collecting muddy samples, dry samples, floating samples, and samples fully submerged in the narrow part of the creek. Once the samples are collected, they will be observed visually and analyzed biochemically to determine the genus of the organisms.
