Abstract:

This analysis will be beneficial because of diatoms' overall ability to act as bioindicators. Diatoms reflect the broad health and success of an ecosystem based on abundance. This study aims to explore interconnections between the genetic variation of diatoms and ecosystem health without focusing on abundance.
