Abstract:

Summarize your project, including basic background information, your motivation to carry out this project and your intended methods and what you expect to find. Remember an abstract is no more than a short paragraph with no references. Ants are attracted to moisture because they depend on water to keep their shelters stable and colony fed. Our project will test the effect of Varying Ant species at different distances from the water. We plan to trap the ants using the burlese funnel method using pecan cookies to attract the ants. Then, we will barcode each ant to see if there are different species from each locations near and far from the water in Eisenhower Park.
