Abstract:

Coral reefs are among the most endangered and biologically diverse ecosystems in the world. In this project we will examine eDNA from coral reef water and sediment, as well as COI barcodes from selected invertebrate tissue samples, that were collected from Palmyra Atoll, Central Pacific.
